Our Therapists

Michael Congeni, LMSW

Hello! My name is Michael and I am a mental health therapist offering telehealth therapy appointments. I have experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adults dealing with ADHD, substance use, anxiety, depression, anger, motivation, self esteem, LGBTQ+ issues, stress management, and relationship issues. If the issues you're seeking support with do not align perfectly with my bio, please feel free to still reach out. Whatever you're going through, I'm ready to learn alongside you and help you work through it.

In my work, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and exposure therapy. I tailor the approach to fit each client's individual needs and goals.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood, with no judgment, just genuine care. For me, therapy really comes down to trust. If you don't feel like you can be open with your therapist and know they truly care about you, it's hard for the work to click.

I focus on building that connection from the start, so you feel comfortable being real with me. If this sounds like it could be a good fit for you, feel free to schedule a free consult through email, text, call, or through our website booking portal.

Katie Saunders, LCSW

Hello! My name is Katie and I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 7 years of experience. My therapy style is client-centered and trauma-informed. This means I provide an empathetic environment, that is caring, supportive, and tailored towards you. I believe the most important part of therapy is that you can trust your therapist and know your therapist genuinely cares. I will always do my best to create this safe environment, earn your trust, and demonstrate that I want to understand and see you fully. Once this safety in our sessions is established, I believe we can work together to reflect, process, and make meaningful therapeutic progress.

I have experience giving therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, motivation, self-esteem, LGBTQ+, gender dysphoria, stress management, work burnout, women’s issues, chronic UTI trauma, couples counseling, and relationship issues. I also have previous experience working on a crisis unit serving youth with suicidality, homicidality, and self-harm. If you have current plans or intent to harm yourself or others, please call 211 or 911, or utilize your local hospital to ensure your immediate safety. However, if you have recently completed IOP, PHP, or have safely completed and been discharged from another higher level of care, feel free to consider OP services with me as your next level of support.

Even if the issues you're seeking support with are not listed here, don't let that hold you back. I am open to learning, understanding you further, and supporting you through your current concerns. Feel free to schedule whichever way feels most comfortable for you - call, email, text, or through the website link. I am here whenever you’re ready to start.
